Our team

Meet the providers treating federal and state work injuries

Orthopedic surgery, chiropractic care, nurse practitioners and a full physical therapy team — clinicians who work in the workers' compensation system every day. Federal OWCP claims under FECA, Missouri DWC claims and Kansas claims, each documented to the standard it requires.

DO

Dr. Chris Main brings extensive orthopedic surgery expertise to the network, giving federal and state workers comprehensive evaluation and treatment for musculoskeletal injuries sustained on the job — shoulders, knees, spine and the repetitive-motion injuries common in postal, warehouse and public works settings.

He treats surgically and non-surgically, and his reports are written for the file: mechanism of injury, objective findings, causal relationship and clear work restrictions.

Federal employees: the choice of physician is yours

Under FECA, an injured federal employee selects their own treating physician — the agency cannot assign one. For Missouri and Kansas state claims the employer or insurer generally directs care, so we confirm authorization before treatment begins.

Clinicians: join the network

We add physicians and clinicians across Missouri and Kansas as employer demand grows.
