Federal workforces: what we can and cannot do

Federal agencies (FECA)

Under FECA, an injured federal employee has the right to choose their own treating physician. A federal agency cannot assign or direct an employee's treating physician, and we do not offer any service that would do so. For federal workforces we provide fitness-for-duty evaluations, second opinions, and compliant return-to-work facilitation only.

Missouri and Kansas private employers

State law generally allows the employer or insurer to direct medical care, and we work inside those rules. We do not provide free or discounted occupational health services in exchange for injury referrals; all services are priced independently and at fair market value.
